Jeff brings four decades of expertise in consulting, sales and organizational management, with extensive experience spanning both public and private sectors, as well as non-profits. He currently advises executives and business leaders in organizational development and business growth strategies, including leadership training, client portfolio management, succession planning, and organizational transformation.

Jeff’s professional background covers operations management and sales leadership, where he has established strong partnerships and executed strategic initiatives across Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Latin America, and Eastern Australia. He is adept at collaborating within and navigating large complex organizations in both public and private sectors and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including frontline staff, management, executives, and elected officials.
